This photo appears to be a river but believe it or not, this is the path outside my house! I took this photo last year when the rain was actually torrential, there was a good inch plus of water running past our front door. I took quite a few shots but most of them were a good representation of chaos. This one I liked because I managed to capture one significant rain drop splashing. The composition was very lucky only needing a slight crop to position the drop to the left a little. I processed this photo today as Coolphotoblogs.com are now doing a weekly theme to submit to and as you can guess, this week’s theme is “rain”.
