A shell in the sand

Topgear were rumoured to be in Instow today filming, but the BBC were being tight lipped, and I slept through so didn’t get down there just in case. I finished work at 4am and after the obligatory coffee and food followed by TV on the SKY+ box, I woke up on the sofa at 7am when the kids got up so I dragged myself to bed. Here I sit now its 2pm and I’ve had a lovely sleep but probably missed any insanity that if Topgear were there was bound to follow. So hopefully it was a hoax
Anyway the picture, this was one of my first pictures taken even before I owned a DSLR. I like the detail in the sand. It’s funny how you can look back through your old work and find stuff you like that just needed a tiny bit of post processing.
Thanks to everyone that has been supporting the blog, your votes and feedback on the blog sites or here mean a lot to me and I hope my photos continue making worthy viewing.
