Between Bideford and Barnstaple on the A361 my daily travels to work would take me past this house, set back from the road on a rolling hill, complete with wooden fence and sheep in the field this house cries out to my idyllic house in the country perceptions. Some might say to take out the telegraph cable but I actually think it adds to showing the isolation of this one lone property that needs a cable draped for miles over poles to connect it to the modern world.
