This image of an old man returning to Clovelly harbour in his little boat stood out to me as a pretty poignant black and white and I did my best to capture it. This was taken on Friday on my jaunt with Greg, and I think it captures a little “something” one might describe as the spirit, or essence of the quaint life lived by a small community that inhabit this tiny village that time has not placed its hands on. For them I’m pretty sure it’s beauty extends further than the aesthetics.
